Delete your ClientTime account

This page explains how to delete your account in the ClientTime apps published on Google Play by ClientTime Software: "ClientTime: Sessions & Pay" (for clients) and "ClientTime Business" (for businesses).

Delete in the app (fastest)

- ClientTime: Sessions & Pay: open Profile, tap "Delete account", then confirm.

- ClientTime Business: open Settings, tap "Delete account" in the Account card at the top, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and also removes your login.

Delete without the app

Email support@clienttime.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

- Client accounts: your login, profile, photo and contact details. Businesses you attended keep their own records of past sessions and payments for their accounting, but these are no longer linked to you.

- Business accounts: your login and your business, including its clients, bookings, payments, policies and settings.
